Delete your fit. account

This page describes how to permanently delete your fit. account and the data associated with it. fit. is the AI-powered virtual try-on Android application operated by the developer team behind fit. (developer name on Google Play: fit.).

1. Delete from inside the app

The fastest way to delete your account is from the app itself:

Open fit. on your Android device.
Sign in with the account you want to delete.
Tap the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar.
Tap the settings icon (the cog in the top right of the title row), or tap your avatar in the top right of the screen.
In the settings sheet, scroll down and tap Delete your account (shown in red).
On the confirmation dialog, tap Delete to confirm.

You will be signed out immediately and your local data on the device will be cleared.

2. Delete by email

If you cannot access the in-app option (for example, you have lost access to your sign-in method), send a deletion request from the email address associated with your fit. account to:

Use the subject line "Delete my fit. account". We will confirm receipt within 5 business days and complete deletion within the retention window described below.

3. What we delete

When you request deletion (in-app or by email), we permanently remove:

Your account credentials (email, password hash, or linked Google identity)
Your uploaded selfies and any user photos saved to fit.
Your AI-generated try-on result images
Your saved wardrobe / try-on history
Your profile metadata (display name, app preferences)
Any friend-poll entries you created

4. What we may retain (and for how long)

Some information is retained briefly after deletion for the reasons below:

Account record and uploaded images	Up to 30 days after the deletion request	To allow recovery if you change your mind, and to complete backend cleanup across our storage and database systems.
Aggregated, anonymous analytics	Retained indefinitely	Counts, error rates, and similar metrics that do not identify you. We cannot remove these because they are not linked to your account.
Server logs containing your IP address	Up to 30 days	Standard security and abuse-prevention logging. Purged automatically.
Records required by law	As required by applicable law	For example, tax or fraud records, if any. Limited to what the law requires.

After the 30-day window, all account-linked data is permanently and irreversibly removed from our active systems.

5. Account deletion is permanent

Once the 30-day retention window has passed, your account, photos, and try-on history cannot be recovered. You can always create a new account using the same email or Google identity if you wish to use fit. again, but the new account will start fresh.
